About the event
Nichole will offer an intentional practice centered on the concept of Ahimsa (Non-violence) and igniting self compassion. You can expect a gentle, somatic yoga flow with space to explore and discover what works best for you in the moment. Following class, stick around to create Valentines/write a love note/or affirming card to yourself while enjoying decadent treats. We hope you will discover not only what being in community with others feels like, but being in community with yourself too.
Nichole Brown (they/them) is a certified trauma informed yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 18 years.
