Candlelight Yoga

Join me for a 60 minute yoga class by candlelight taught by Nichole Brown. Nichole (they/them) is a certified trauma informed yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 18 years. Nichole will create a welcoming and inclusive space with accessible pose options and gentle reminders throughout your practice to explore, finding what works best for you. They believe yoga is a practice of connection and self awareness intended for everyone and every body.

A relaxing, hand crafted mocktail will be provided after class. Bring your own mat and anything else you’ll need to relax for the evening.
